Yes. CivicMeetings.us is a hosted system that works independently of your website. Your meeting records live at yourtown.civicmeetings.us and can be linked from or embedded into any existing site — regardless of what CMS it runs.

Do we need a developer to set this up?

No. The system is designed for clerks and administrative staff, not developers. If you can upload a file and fill out a form, you can run CivicMeetings.us. The Guided Launch tier includes a live setup session if you want hands-on help.

Can AI automatically make our PDFs compliant?

Not reliably — and we won't pretend otherwise. Genuine PDF accessibility requires correct document structure from the start. Our document templates solve this at the source so every PDF your staff creates is compliant before it's ever uploaded.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your meeting records are retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything. We never delete records immediately — public meeting records are important documents and we treat them that way.
